Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is not necessarily based on grades and continuation to college. Instead it focuses on the integrity and passion of the individual. Our wish is to inspire hope, and to offer models of high standards to our young people who are the leaders of tomorrow.




2005: The first Gregory Riley Chickenman Scholarship was awarded at Fairfield High on June 2, 2005 to Stacey Shelton for her love of music.  Stacey will be taking a year to work and save money to pursue her dream of college, and music education in the performing arts.  The award was presented by Gregory Thomas Riley Gipe, with Wayne Sherrard, Jr., Principal of Fairfield High, assisting.




2006:
The recipient of the 2nd Annual Gregory Riley Chickenman Scholarship is
Cynthia Delaney. The award was presented by Brody and Gregory Gipe, as Brenda watches proudly from the podium.
