Who We Are - The Causes We Support

Our annual golf tournament was inspired by the good that my late brother-in-law, Gregory "Chickenman" Riley, poured into the world. This was our annual fundraiser. The response to our 2005 Tournament was warm and enthusiastic; the 2006 the tournament was an even greater success!

The primary recipient of the funds raised was our own Emmitsburg Osteopathic Primary Care Center and Dr. Bonita Portier D.O.  Dr. Portier committed her medical practice to pre-medical and medical education.  Serving the communities of Frederick County, MD and Adams County, PA, Dr. Portier includes the uninsured and underinsured of these communities.  EOPCC is a comprehensive medical practice operating with the motto: “Working together towards health”.  For those donating tax deductible gifts to EOPCC, the FEIN number was 52-2179848. 

My Brother’s Keeper delivers Christmas annually to approximately 6,000 families in need.  Chicky Riley was very active in this particular charity. This fine organization has also benefited from the Tournament.

We have established a scholarship in Gregory’s name at Fairfield High School. Each year we have chosen a student who would not otherwise receive a scholarship. 

We are not holding the tournament at this time. However, we do plan to sponsor and support other events and worthwhile causes. Please check back to see more.
